SCHEDULE. In no event shall the date of the initial <br /> <br />testing pericd be more than ten (10) weeks ê.fter I:":ailing or <br /> <br />personal delivery of the ~otice to Proceed. During this initië.l <br /> <br />period, Supplier agrees to secure all necessary governmental, <br /> <br />regulatory, and private approval for the installation and <br /> <br />cperaticn of the System within the designated testir.g area as set <br /> <br />forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a par': her-ee: if'_ <br /> <br />its entirety.
