At the conclusion of the Phas~ ,..,.. testing, Supplier is required to submit within ten (10) --'- days a written report. summarizing the data collected during the ten (IO ) week testinq, ir:cluding date and time of recorded incidents, System down t irr.e , and conclusions or recommendations for changes to the System along with an evaluation of the accuracy ~nd e=fectiveness of the System. Upon submission of the written report, the terms and conditions of this Agreement Hill terminate and final payment will be issued to Supplier as hereinabove set forth. If the performance by Supplier of any of his obligations or - undertakings under this Agreement is interrupted or delayed by ar.i.Y occurrence not occasioned by the conduct of eithE:r party to this Agreement, whether that occurrence is a'"' act of God or .< public enemy, or whether that occurrence is caused by \.¡ar, riot, storm, earthquake, or naturù.l forces, then Supplie= shall be excused from any further performance for t,¡ha tever period of time after the OCCU1:"rence is reasonably necessary tc remedy the effects of that occurrence.
