Such insurance <br />shall be combined single limit bodily injury and property <br />damage for each occurrence and shall be not less than the <br />amount specified below. Such insurance shall include: <br />Insurance Category Minimum Limits <br />(a) Employer's Liability $~/OOO,OOO per accident for <br /> bodily injury or disease. <br />(b) Commercial General $~,OOO,OOO per occurrence and <br /> Liability $2,000,000 <br /> aggregate for bodily <br /> injury, personal injury and <br /> property damage. <br />(c ) Automobile Liability $~,OOO,OOO per accident for <br /> bodily injury and property <br /> damage (coverage required to <br /> the extent applicable to <br /> Project Manager's vehicle <br /> usage in performing services <br /> hereunder.) <br />(d) Professional Liability $~,OOO,OOO per claim and . <br /> aggregate. <br />On or after three (3) years from the date this Agreement is <br />first executed, upon request of CITY and DISTRICT, the parties <br />hereto shall meet in good faith to determine if any <br />circumstances have changed to an extent requiring a reevaluation <br />of the limits of coverage set forth above.
