<br /> ORiGINAL <br /> TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> NO.1 <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of <br />the following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California (the "City"), the Belmont School District, a Public School District in the <br />County of San Mateo, and the contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br />Title of Agreement: AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR <br /> PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE SANDPIPER PARK <br /> JOINT USE PROJECT <br />Contractor: ø VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br /> 1735 JI'f.45CTECHNOLOGY DRIVE, SUITE 720 <br /> SAN JOSE, CA. 95110 <br />Date of Agreement: DECEMBER 1, 1995 <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, <br />which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br />1. Temporary office and setup, cleaning $ 8,000 <br />2. Office equipment rental and phone charges $10,000 <br />3. Office furnishings $ 1,000 <br />4. Courier charges and office utility expenses $ 4,000 <br />5. Sanitary Facilities $ 2,000 <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services <br />described in this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as <br />indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br /> a. ~ (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br />upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in the <br />Agreement. <br /> b. Not to exceed $25,000 <br />3. Time of Peñormance.
