Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, <br /> which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> Construction Management support services through March 31, 1998. <br /> (See Exhibit "An, attached). <br /> 2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services <br /> described in this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as <br /> indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br /> a. ~ (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br /> upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in the <br /> Agreement. <br /> b. Not to exceed $100,640 <br /> 3. Time of Performance.
