<br /> ORIGINAL <br /> TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> NO.3 <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of <br />the following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California (the "City"), the Belmont School District, a Public School District in the <br />County of San Mateo, and the contractor (the "Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br />Title of Agreement: AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR <br /> PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE SANDPIPER PARK <br /> JOINT USE PROJECT <br />Contractor: VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br /> 1745 TECHNOLOGY DRIVE, SUITE 720 <br /> SAN JOSE, CA. 95110 <br />Date of Agreement: DECEMBER 1, 1995 <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, <br />which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br />Construction Management support services through July 31, 1998. <br />(See Exhibit "A", attached). <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services <br />described in this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as <br />indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br />a. ---X- (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br />upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in the <br />Agreement. <br />b. Not to exceed $63,026 <br />3. Time of Peñormance. Contractor shall perform the services to be <br />provided pursuant to this Task Order on or before the following: <br />Date of Completion: July 31, 1998 <br />4. Approval.
