EXHIBIT "A" Vanir Construction Management: Task Described: Extend Construction Management Services for the Community Center Project in accordance with the agreement for Professional Services for Project Manager for the Sandpiper Joint Use Project," dated December 1, 1995. Part 1: Additional services required are due to the extended project duration. The project has been extended by 96 days in conjunction with the DL Falk Construction contract default. Part 2: Additional services include assisting the City/District in analyzing the Claim presented by DL Falk Construction on November 9, 1998. Vanir will supply professional hours at $90 per hour and clerical services at $30 per hour as directed by the City/District. Compensation: Compensation is at the hourly unit rates described in the summary of labor and reimbursables below or as noted in the text of Part 2 services above.
