<br />- <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> NO.1 <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following <br />described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City") and the contractor (the <br />"Contractor") hereinafter identified: <br />Title of Agreement: PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br /> THE JAMES AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />Consultant: WILSEY & HAM <br /> 331 LAKESIDE DRIVE - SUITE "B" <br /> FOSTER CITY, CA 94404 <br />Date of Agreement: October 1, 1996 <br />1. Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in addition <br />to those services described in the Agreement. <br />Description of Services: <br />Perform additional design services for the James Avenue Reconstruction <br />Project. (See Exhibit "A" attached). <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services described in this <br />Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as indicated (check and <br />complete, as appropriate):' <br />a) _X_ (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based upon the rates of <br />charge and method of calculation described in the Agreement, and as negotiated <br />on October 1, 1996. <br />b) Compensation not to exceed $25,534.00 <br /> - .. -..,. ...,.-.... .~ <br /> I <br />
