A (802) <br />Joint Meeting of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency on November 8, <br />2004. <br />Present: Council Member Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Vice Mayor Pierce and <br />Mayor Ira <br />Absent: Council Member Ruskin <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered into the Minutes <br />MIS Foust/Howard <br />By motion: <br />1. To find that - for San Francisco's planning purposes - a range of 11.6 to <br /> 12.6 million gallons per day (MGD), or 12,969 to 14,107 acre feet per year <br /> (AF/yr) is a reasonable estimate of the amount of water that will come <br /> from the San Francisco Hetch Hetchy Regional Water System to meet <br /> Redwood City's projected needs in 2030; <br />2. To find that this "Best Estimate" is consistent with the 2003 Redwood City <br /> Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) insofar as the current UWMP <br /> spans from 2002 to 2020; <br />3.
