Director Irizarry <br />also advised that the cap would be determined by $280 per individual <br />participating in the plan and that the number participating in the plan <br />times $280 would result in a cap for that group which would be less than the <br />$1.9 million stated in the agreement. <br />Mayor Greenalch asked for any other comments.
