PUBLIC HEARING - General Plan (continued open from October 9, 1989). <br />Mayor Greenalch announced the continued open public hearing on the General <br />Plan will be held after tonight's Consent Calendar (Items 4 through 10). <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />a. Bonnie Miller, 1224 -5th Avenue at Hoover, reminded Council of the flood <br />damage sustained by property in that neighborhood almost every year and most <br />recently on October 23, 1989, and again asked Council for help. <br />MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />2.
