Report: Joint Public meeting on Proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan Binder, December 4, 1989 Redevelopment Counsel Jim Hildebrand elaborated on the Statement of Overriding Considerations in the proposed concurrent resolution and the significance of the $50,000,000 figure as a conservative estimate of the amount of money that will be placed in the Housing Set -Aside Fund from the Amendment Area only.
