Report: Joint Public meeting on Proposed Second Amendment to the <br />Redevelopment Plan Binder, December 4, 1989 <br />Redevelopment Counsel Jim Hildebrand elaborated on the Statement of <br />Overriding Considerations in the proposed concurrent resolution and the <br />significance of the $50,000,000 figure as a conservative estimate of the <br />amount of money that will be placed in the Housing Set -Aside Fund from the <br />Amendment Area only. <br />Redevelopment Agency Executive Director Church explained the impact of each <br />resolution and the ordinance proposed for Council and Agency adoption. <br />Title read.
