EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scone of Work <br />Contractor shall perform twice monthly collection of litter and debris (excluding cigarette butts <br />and small papers I" or smaller in size) from the medians, sides, and clover leaves of Woodside <br />Road and its interchange with El Camino Real, between Broadway St. and approximately 317 <br />Woodside Road. <br />2. Pavment Terms. <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined above for a flat fee of $840 per month. The total <br />contract amount shall not exceed $10,080.
