C/CAG shall reimburse City for all costs Incurred <br /> by City pursuant hereto. Said costs include actual costs incurred by <br /> City under its self-insurance programs or otherwise . in satisfying <br /> workers compensation, unemployment, dental, and vehicle accident <br /> claims in excess of the Contract Employees' coverage, payroll services, <br /> salary and City's Benefits, or other benefits specified by C/CAG, and for <br /> costs Incurred by City in administering said claims, payroll services, <br /> salaries, and benefits. Without limitation upon the foregoing, C/CAG <br /> shall compensate City for City's costs for providing services hereunder <br /> In the amount of three percent (3%) of the sum of the salaries and the <br /> costs of City's Benefits and other benefits (If any) payable to the <br /> persons appointed to the Employment Positions. <br /> B.
