<br /> 9. Staffin~. It is understood that C/CAG may require the support of its own <br />administrative staff. \Vhen deemed necessary, the Board of Directors may employ an Executive <br />Director. The Board shall have responsibility for all employment decisions regarding said <br />Executive Director who shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. <br /> The Executive Director shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration <br />of C/CAG under the direction of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director shall seek <br />advice and assistance from the Administrators' Advisory Commiuee. The Executive Director <br />shall have the authority to employ administrative staff consistent with the approved budget of <br />C/CAG. Intef govcrnmcntal coordination; <br /> f. Public information and public relations. <br /> There shall be an AdminisrraEOrs' Advisory Commillee.
