<br /> which shall stipulate that thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation or material change shall be <br /> given to Lessor. <br /> (b) BodHy Injuty. Death and PrQperty Damai:e. Liability Insurance. <br /> Lessee shall also procure and maintain at all times during the term of this Lease, and any holdover tenancy <br /> thereof, comprehensive broad form General Public Liability Insurance (including automobile operation) <br /> covering Lessee for any liability arising out of the use of, or occurring in, on, or about the Leased <br /> Premises. The policy(ies) shall include coverage for all vehicles, licensed or unlicensed, on or off the <br /> Leased Premises, used by or on behalf of Lessee during the term of this Lease or holdover tenancy <br /> thereof. The policy(ies) shall be subject to a limit for each occurrence of THREE MILLION and 00/100 <br /> DOLLARS ($3,000,000.00) naming as an additional insured, in connection with Lessee's activities, <br /> Lessor, its council members, officers, employees and agents. <br /> Inclusion of Lessor as an additional insured shall not in any way <br /> affect its right as respects to any claim, demand, suit or judgment made, brought or recovered against <br /> Lessee. <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Lease, Lessee shall furnish <br /> City with certificates and declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to <br /> evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, original <br /> endorsements: <br /> (1) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written notification of cancellation or reduction <br /> in coverage by fIrst class mail; <br /> (2) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the <br /> insurer's liability (cross-liability endorsements); <br /> (3) Naming City, its Council, commissions, boards, committees, <br /> officers, employees and agents as additional insureds; and <br /> (4) Providing that Lessee's insurance shall be primary insurance <br /> relating to Contractor s work hereunder with respect to City, its Council, commissions, boards, <br /> committees, officers, employees and agents, and further providing that any insurance or self-insurance <br /> maintained by City for itself, its Council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and <br /> agents shall be in excess of Lessee's insurance and shall not be contributory with it. <br /> 10. <br /> . ,.,-~-~..'..._...' .'~' '''---- <br />
