<br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> FOR HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of July, <br />1993, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called <br />"County," and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER, <br />hereinafter called "Contractor"; <br /> }ïJ.~HE.s.â.E~H: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, section 31000, County <br />may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of <br />such services to or for County or any Department thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that Contractor be <br />retained for the purpose of performing the professional services <br />specified herein (occasionally referred to as "the Project") from <br />contractor; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Services to be Performed by Contractor <br /> In consideration of the payments hereinafter set forth in <br />Exhibit B, Contractor, under the general direction of the Director <br />of Human Services Agency, or her authorized representative, with <br />respect to the product or result of contractor's services, shall <br />perform services as described in Exhibit A, attached thereto and <br />incorporated by reference herein. <br />
