<br />· <br />G. Technology <br />Contractor will work with HSA on an ongoing basis on technological issues with SMART <br />and other systems. The SMART system has safeguards to protect the confidentiality of <br />sensitive information and is secure. <br />HSA will supply SMART connectivity to Contractor, including all monthly and annual <br />on-line charges. <br />H. Feedback <br />Within five working days ftom when Contractor refers a client to HSA, Contractor will <br />receive feedback on the disposition of the client. The feedback mechanism will be developed <br />by HSA with Contractor input. An interim plan may be necessary until SMART is <br />operational. <br />Initially, there will be monthly meetings between Contractor and HSA staff and their <br />supervisors with regard to interaction between Contractor and HSA. These meetings will <br />eventually become quarterly unless more frequency is necessary. <br />I. Evaluation <br />HSA and Contractor, with the assistance of an HSA Research and Evaluation Specialist, will <br />develop appropriate measures to assess the impact of welfare reform and SUCCESS on the <br />Core Service Agencies. <br />All other duties and obligations of the Agreement between the parties dated October 15, <br />1996 as amended on December 16, 1997 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby agree and consent to this Amendment to <br />Agreement as signified below. <br /> 3 <br /> - -_.._...~.. ."--.~-.-~"~-.--_._'---~_.__."--'----~ "~__"""""--'~'.~_'._"_""_'__'____~M'_ <br /> I <br />
