<br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT #71000-99-C023 WITH <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITYfFAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT, entered into this day of <br />, 1998, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br />hereinafter referred to as "County", and City of Redwood City/Fair Oaks Community Center, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", adds to Agreement #71 000-99-C023 approved by the County <br />Manager's Office on July 1, 1998. <br />WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> <br />Section 3. (Payments) should now read as follows: <br />A. Ma.ximum Amount.
