Controlling Law. The validity of this Agreement and of its terms and provisions, as well <br />as the rights and duties of the parties hereunder, the interpretation and performance of this Agreement <br />shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. <br />14. Term of the Agreement <br />Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the term of this Agreement <br />shall be from July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999.
