'25/95 (014/66) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> WATER ALLOCATION PROGRAM <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this -1tb- day of <br /> ~\ , 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and ETo LIMITED, of Agoura Hills, California <br />("Consultant") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to develop a new water allocation <br />program throughout the City of Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> l. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall develop a new <br />water allocation program and perform related services described <br />in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> 2 . COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br /> .~ <br />
