That certain subdivision map entitled Parcel Map No. <br />91-7 (267 West Oakwood Boulevard) in the City of Redwood City, <br />prepared by A. C . & H. , Civil Engineers, for Abdel H. Ismail and <br />Mimi H. Ismail, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative (D , <br /> m <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <:::) <br /> ~, <br />following conditions: - <br /> N <br /> ( a) Before the release of said final map by the City - <br /> CD <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Construction of Future Improvements - Parcel Map No. 91-7" <br /> (form dated OS/21/96) wherein Owners, in consideration of <br /> the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct <br /> and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br /> future improvements required of Owners under the prov is ions <br /> - <br />
