After the release of said final map but before <br />acceptance of the improvements by City, Owners shall furnish <br />to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or deposit <br />securing the faithful performance by Owners of all such <br />maintenance work, in an amount to be determined by City. <br />Said bond or deposit shall be effective for a period of one <br />( 1 ) year after acceptance of the improvements by City's <br />Council. <br /> (d) After the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, but before City shall perform any services <br />relating to construction of the Future Improvements defined <br />and described in the above-mentioned agreement, Owners shall <br />deposit an amount determined by City and in accordance with (.(), <br /> 0') <br />City's current fee schedule for plan checking, engineering, 0 <br /> -.J <br />inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, and - <br /> N <br />all other applicable fees and charges.
