<br /> DES:djk nS/21/96 (010/70) <br />appurtenant to, the abovementioned subdivision, which Improvements <br />shall be constructed in accordance with, and as required by, City's <br />specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City" , adopted December 16, 1991, or such other specifications as <br />may govern the construction of subdivision improvements at the time <br />the Future Improvements may be constructed, which specifications <br />are, and shall be, on file in the office of the City Engineer; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by (D <br />Owners of their obligations under Chapter 30 of the Code of the City a> <br /> 0 <br /> ~ <br />of Redwood City, the subdivision regulations of said City, and in - <br /> I'J <br />consideration of the approval of the parcel map for said N <br /> 0 <br />subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval of <br />the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS. ( a) Requirement. City may, in its <br />discretion exercised at any time during the term hereof, require <br />Owners to construct and install, at Owners' cost and expense, the <br />improvements hereinafter described (the "Future Improvementsll) . <br />City may elect to require said construction by giving Owners not <br />less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice of City's election, <br />whereupon Owners shall commence and diligently pursue, within said <br />thirty (30) day period, application for all necessary permits for <br />the installation and construction of said improvements. Upon <br />issuance of said permits, Owners shall forthwith commence <br />construction thereof and diligently pursue construction thereof to <br />completion. <br /> 2 <br /> .- <br />
