right of way. There are a total of five (5) parcels that require temporary easements for <br />construction. If additional plat maps and legal descriptions are required, we will perform the <br />work on a time and materials basis, if necessary. AECOM will obtain the Preliminary Title <br />Reports for all Parcels affected by Right of Way Acquisition requirements. <br />Task 7.4 Right -of -Way Certification <br />AECOM will prepare draft and final Right -of -Way Certification documents, in accordance with <br />forms and guidelines in Chapter 14 of Caltrans Right of Way Manual. AECOM will verify that <br />all of the real property rights required for the project are included in this document. <br />Task 7.5 Utility Certification <br />AECOM will provide Utility Certification that conforms to the forms and guidelines mentioned <br />in Appendix LL of the Caltrans Project Development Procedures Manual. <br />Task 7.6 UPRR - Right of Entry and APES <br />AECOM will assist the City in obtaining a Right of Entry from UPRR for the field survey work <br />and geotechnical investigations. AECOM will provide input to the City for revising the <br />Agreement for Preliminary Engineering Services (APES) for UPRR design expenditures. <br />Task 7.7 UPRR - Coordination and Plan Submittals <br />AECOM will schedule, attend and lead one field meeting with the City, CPUC, and UPRR <br />regarding the preliminary design at the following locations: <br />• Veterans Boulevard/Chestnut Street at -grade crossing <br />• Blomquist Street/Seaport Boulevard at -grade crossing <br />• Redwood Harbor NB On -Ramp Overhead <br />• Woodside Road SB Off -Ramp Overhead <br />• Class I Bikeway adjacent to UPRR Right of Way <br />AECOM will engage UPRR at preliminary stage of design to verify UPRR requirements are <br />understood and adhered to in the design documents. AECOM will be available for up to five (5) <br />meetings (including the field meeting) between the various stakeholders (UPRR, CPUC, and <br />City). AECOM will coordinate with UPRR to confirm that gate timing and other issues related to <br />the at -grade crossings are addressed from the 65% design to 100% Final design. <br />AECOM will coordinate with UPRR on the placement of the railroad signals and gates; <br />however, it is expected that UPRR will design improvements and modifications to the railroad <br />signal equipment and AECOM will review and comment on UPRR's design documents. <br />Task 7.8 UPRR - CPUC General Order 88-B <br />AECOM will prepare and submit a request for planned alterations to the existing at -grade <br />crossings on Veterans Boulevard and Blomquist Street by letter and include the following: <br />• Statement describing the proposed alterations and their benefits. <br />• Map of the immediate vicinity of the crossings to be altered. <br />Page 50 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101/84 PS&E <br />
