Permittee hereby <br /> waives all claims against City, and agrees to hold City harmless <br /> from any claims, for damages to materials, supplies, equipment or <br /> other property, and persons in or upon or about the Subject <br /> Premises from any cause arising at any time, including all claims <br /> arising out of the negligence of City, its officers, agents, or <br /> employees. <br /> 7. HOLD HARMLESS; RELEASE. Permittee shall be solely <br /> responsible and liable for all damages to persons or property, <br /> including injury to, or death of, persons and loss of use of <br /> property, due directly or indirectly to Permittee's use and <br /> occupancy of the Subject Premises and shall defend, indemnify and <br /> hold the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, agents and employees, harmless from all suits, <br /> actions, damages, or claims to which City may be subjected by <br /> reason of said use and occupancy of the Subject Premises <br /> hereunder. <br /> 8. INSURANCE.
