<br /> DES:djk ~9/28/95 (014/39) <br /> l3. SURRENDER. Permittee covenants and agrees that <br /> Permittee will immediately quit and surrender the Subject <br /> Premises in good state and condition upon the effective date of <br /> termination or expiration hereof. <br /> 14. REVOCATION. This permit may be revoked without <br /> limitations upon the effective date thereof by City at any time <br /> during the period which it is effective for Permittee's failure <br /> to pay the permit fee above specified in the amount, manner, or <br /> at the place hereinabove set forth; or for failure of Permittee <br /> to comply with any of the other terms and conditions hereof. The <br /> right of City to revoke hereunder shall be in addition to its <br /> right to terminate without cause pursuant to the provisions of <br /> paragraph 2 hereof, and shall be in addition to any other rights <br /> or remedies of City, whether at law or in equity. <br /> l5. ATTORNEYS FEES. In the event of any controversy, <br /> claim, or dispute between the parties hereto, arising out of or <br /> relating to this permit or the interpretation, execution, or <br /> breach thereof, or performance thereunder, the prevailing party <br /> shall be entitled to recover from the losing party reasonable <br /> attorneys fees and costs of suit, or costs of other legal <br /> proceedings in connection therewith. <br /> 16. NOTICES. Notices required to be given hereunder shall <br /> be given in writing by personal delivery, or by depositing the <br /> same with the U.S. mail service, first class (or equivalent) <br /> postage prepaid, and addressed to Permittee, or to City, <br /> respectively, as the case may be as follows: <br /> 8 <br /> '. 1 - - - ._...~ rr'· <br />
