<br />constitute a deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance or transfer of any <br />property interest and is revocable without cause at any time at the will of the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, effective upon giving not less than thirty <br />(30) days' prior written notice of such revocation addressed to Permittee as <br />follows: Greystone Homes, Inc., 920 Hillview Court, Suite 280, Milpitas, <br />California 95035, and mailed or delivered to Permittee at said address. <br />4. CITY'S ACCESS. City reserves the right to unlimited access to <br />the Subject Premises or any part thereof for municipal purposes, including <br />but not limited to, the performance of maintenance and repairs of any and all <br />structures or public improvements, if any, heretofore or hereafter installed <br />and/ or constructed in or upon the Subject Premises, the inspection of the <br />Subject Premises, the use, maintenance, repair of adjoining areas or for any <br />other purpose in furtherance of City's use of the Subject Premises. <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, City shall extend reasonable efforts not to <br />interfere with Permittee's use and occupancy of the Subject Premises in <br />exercise its rights under this paragraph. <br />5. RIGHT OF ENTRY. City, it agents or designers shall have the right <br />to enter the Subject Property to perform such activities as are reasonably <br />necessary for the future development of the site and surrounding area by City, <br />including but not limited to the performance of studies, surveys, examinations, <br />tests, soundings, borings, sampling or other similar activities. <br />6. MAINTENANCE. Permittee agrees to maintain the Subject <br />Premises in a neat and attractive condition, free from debris and at <br />Permittee's sole cost and expense. Permittee further agrees to enclose the <br />Subject Property with a cyclone fence or other type of fence approved by the <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director. The Subject Property <br />shall be secured by a gate, which shall remain locked at all times except when <br />entry area is used for ingress and egress. City shall be provided with a key to <br />the gate. The Subject Premises shall, prior to termination of the permit, be <br />restored to the original condition, at Permittee's cost except for work <br />performed by City on the Subject Premises during this Permit. <br /> -2- <br /> ..,-- ---. <br />
