<br />said activities herein permitted. <br />10. City Services: City agrees to provide those services requested in letter dated <br />February 8, 1995, in furtherance of the activities herein permitted. <br />Specifically, the City agrees to provide the following services: <br />*Street Sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 AM. to pick up fresh <br />horse droppings along the Parade route. They will again be available along <br />Broadway Avenue after the Festival at approximately 6:00 P.M. <br />*Deliver and pick up available bleachers to Marshall and Winslow Streets <br />prior to and after the parade. <br />*Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations along the parade route, as <br />determined by the Police Department and the P.C.A., to be in place prior to <br />7:00 AM. <br />*Install along the parade route, immediately before the parade, the P.C.A. <br />flags, which are in storage at the City Yard, and remove them as soon as <br />possible after the Parade. <br />11. Restroom Facilities: Adequate temporary restroom facilities shall be <br />provided by permittee at no expense to the City. <br />12. Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not herein described or <br />contemplated in connection with the July 4th parade, festival, fireworks, and <br />arts and crafts fair shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of <br />the Chief of Police. <br />13. Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br />parties hereto and accepted by Permittee, and returned to the City. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> ~¡l, 0~ <br /> Scott D.
