<br /> 5.4 6- '3 <br />adopted July 6, 1998; Resolution No. 14017 adopted August 28,2000; and Resolution <br />14468 adopted October 9, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the attached Exhibits" A through L" (the" Exhibits") describing the <br />disclosure categories for the designated positions have been revised to reflect current <br />personnel status; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council, as the Code reviewing body for the City, has <br />determined that the Exhibits accurately set forth those positions and corresponding <br />disclosure categories which should be designated in the Appendix to the Code for each <br />of the Departments, Boards, Commissions, Committees, and consultants as specified <br />in the Exhibits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Conflict of Interest Code Adopted. The terms of 2 Cal. Code of Regulations <br />§18730, as may be amended from time to time by the FPPC, are hereby incorporated <br />by reference and, along with the attached Exhibits, constitute the Code of the City, <br />which is considered the "agency" within the purview of the Code. <br />2. Statements of Economic Interest. By April 1 st of each year, designated <br />employees, members of City Boares, Commissions and Committees, and consultants <br />will file with the City Clerk their statements of economic for the prior calendar year. The <br />City Clerk will be and will perform the duties of the City filing officer.
