said activities herein permitted. 10. City Services: City agrees to provide those services requested in letter dated February 12, 1996, in furtherance of the activities herein permitted. Specifically, the City agrees to provide the following services: · Street Sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 AM. to pick up fresh horse droppings along the Parade route. They will again be available along Broadway Avenue after the Festival at approximately 6:00 P.M. · Deliver and pick up available bleachers to Marshall and Winslow Streets prior to and after the parade. · Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations along the parade route, as determined by the Police Department and the P.C.A, to be in place prior to 7:00 AM. · Install along the parade route, immediately before the parade, the P.C.A flags, which are in storage at the City Yard, and remove them as soon as possible after the Parade. · Use of a 1 1/2 inch fire hydrant for an antique fire truck demonstration in the festival area. · Use of the City parking structure on Marshall Street for handicap and vendor parking on the day of the Parade only. The structure will be closed to vehicle traffic at 8:30 A.M. and not re-opened before the conclusion of the Parade. 11. Restroom Facilities: Adequate temporary restroom facilities shall be provided by permittee at no expense to the City. 12. Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in connection with the July 4th Parade, festival, fireworks, and arts and crafts fair shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. 13.
