Damage to Public Property: Permittee shall reimburse the City for the costs <br /> for any damages to City owned property in the vicinity of the designated <br /> route, caused by or arising out of the conducting of the event permitted <br /> hereunder, or the acts, or omissions to act, of persons participating in said <br /> event. All signs or other markings placed in or upon public property, <br /> including the public right-of-way in connection with said event, shall be <br /> removed immediately following said event. <br />12. Compliance With Laws: Permittee shall comply with all appropriate rules, <br /> regulations, and laws applicable to any and all activities which are part of or <br /> associated with said celebration. This permit shall be in addition to all other <br /> permits which may be required for conducting said event, or any activity <br /> associated therewith. <br />13. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with the event permitted <br /> hereunder, shall not be effectuated without the prior written cqnsent of the <br /> Chief of Police. <br />14. Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all <br /> parties hereto and accepted by the Permittee, and returned to the City. <br />Sincerely, <br /> - . <br />
