Planners <br /> - <br />February 18, 1997(r) <br />BKF Project No. 960123-10 <br /> DESCRIPTION FOR: <br />LIMIT OF ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of the right-of-way of Oracle Parkway, fonnerly known as Centrum Plaza <br />Drive, as the lines of said right-of-way are shown on that certain map entitled "CENTRUM," filed <br />for record on August 8, 1986 in Book 115 of Maps at Pages 22 through 25, inclusive, and that certain <br />map entitled "CENTRUM OFFICE PARK," filed for record on July 24,1989 in Volume 120 of <br />Maps at pages 45 through 48, inclusive, both maps filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, State of California and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most southwesterly comer of Lot 2 as said lot is shown on said "CENTRUM <br />OFFICE PARK" map; thence along the westerly line of said lot, said line also being the easterly <br />right-of-way line of said Oracle Parkway, along a curve to the left having an initial radial bearing <br />North 61°07'59" West, having a radius of266.00 feet, through a central angle of7°44'19", an arc <br />length of35.93 feet; thence continuing along said line North 68°52'18" West, a distance of 12.00 f2~t <br />to the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the left from which point a radial line bears North <br />68°52' 18" West; thence continuing northerly along said line being said curve having a radius of <br />254.00 feet, through a central angle of2°24'16", an arc length of 10.66 feet to the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING; thence leaving said line North 70°56'39" West, a distance of 40.46 feet; thence North <br />63°51 '09" West, a distance of 3.57 feet to the easterly line of Lot 7 as said lot is shown on said <br />"CENTRUM" map, said line also being the westerly right-of-way line of said Oracle Parkway; <br />thence along said line being a non-tangent curve to the left from which an initial radial line bears <br />North 71 °27'56" West, having a radius of 21 0.00 feet, through a central angle of 2°45'45", an arc <br />length of 10.13 feet; thence leaving said line South 63°51'09" East, a distance of 4.54 feet; thence <br />South 70°56'39" East, a distance of39.58 feet to the said easterly right-of-way line and said westerly <br />line of Lot 2; thence along said line being a non-tangent curve to the right from which an initial <br />radial line bears North 73°31'58" West, having a radius of 254.00 feel, through a central angle of <br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> Page 1 of2 <br />540 Price Avenue.
