Controlling Law. The validity of this Agreement and of its terms and provisions, as well <br />as the rights and duties of the parties hereunder, the interpretation and performance of this <br />Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. <br />14. T erm of the Agreement <br />Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the term of this Agreement <br />shall be rrom September 1, 1995 through June 1, 1996. This term shall apply to the renovations of <br />the building only.
