DCHIBff B—PROJECT SCHEDULE&PAYMENT TERMS <br />A. Proiect Schedule-Consultant shall begin work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed <br />NTP). Project schedule to be submitted as part of Exhibit A,Task One(e) and (f). <br />B. Pavment Terms- Consultant shall provide the services outlined below on an HOURLY basis not to <br />exceed $345,844.00. Fees will be billed monthly based on the actual hours used in each phase <br />per the Hourly Rate Schedule. <br />C. The compensation from any Task may be moved to other Tasks by mutual agreement between <br />the CITY and SSA, upon the advance written approval of both parties. <br />D.
