CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 10 <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br /> <br />Council Member Gee recused himself from voting on item 6.1.D - Design Professional <br />Agreement with HydroScience Engineers, Inc. for the design of the Sanitary Sewer <br />Pump Station Improvements Project (Pump Stations 18 and 20) due to a potential <br />conflict of interest. <br /> <br />M/S Borgens/Bain to approve item 6.1.D. Motion carried 5-1 by roll call vote with <br />Council Member Gee abstained and recused. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Masur to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding item 6.1.D. Motion <br />carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br /> 1.
