The permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event: The Food, Wine, & Heroes event shall be conducted by the <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City. <br /> <br />3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Broadway <br />between Hamilton and Middlefield, as well as the west sidewalk of Broadway <br />between the entrance of Starbucks and the entrance of Quinto Sol (the <br />entrances to Starbucks and Quinto Sol are not to be blocked) (See Attached <br />map for details). <br /> <br />5. Date and Time: The Food, Wine, & Heroes event shall be conducted on <br />Thursday, October 12, 2017. Set-up shall begin at approximately 12:00 p.m., <br />with the event commencing at 5:00 p.m., and ending by 7:00 p.m. The <br />roadway and sidewalk shall be completely cleared and the roadway reopened <br />by 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />6. Course Control: Those portions of the Food, Wine, & Heroes event taking <br />place in the public right-of-way shall be limited to the area, and conducted in a <br />manner, designated by the Police Chief. <br /> <br />6.3.A. - Page 9
