Items Provided by Permittee: <br /> <br />(a) Sufficient volunteers present at the locations indicated to safely <br />monitor the event closure areas. <br /> <br />(b) The Permittee will notify all businesses within the affected event areas <br />with sufficient time to allow for those businesses to accommodate the <br />parking and traffic restrictions associated with this event. <br /> <br />(c) Medical response / First Aid personnel immediately available to <br />address medical issues associated with this event. <br /> <br />(d) The Permittee will be responsible for providing, placing, and collecting <br />all traffic barricades and/or cones required for this event. <br /> <br />(e) Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with <br />California State waste diversion mandate AB 939--The Integrated <br />Waste Management Act--to the extent feasible. <br /> <br />(f) Access to adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to <br />the City. <br /> <br />13. Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not herein described or <br />contemplated in connection with the Food, Wine, & Heroes event shall not be <br />effectuated without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />14.
