<br /> FXS:dft ~ '25/95R (008/67) <br /> 02/95R <br /> ORIGINAL 2/08/95R <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING MARKET RESEARCH SERVICES <br /> (SED WAY KOTIN MOUCHLY GROUP) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this i~tt\ day of <br /> I " <br />AYJ ¡, \ , 1995, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a redevelopment agency of the State <br />of California, ("Agency") , and SEDWAY KOTIN MOUCHLY GROUP of San <br />Francisco, California ("Consultant") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br />WHEREAS, Agency proposes to conduct a market research and <br />service evaluation in the city of Redwood City (the "Project") ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the Agency requires <br />professional consulting market research services; and <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform <br />consulting market research and related services described in <br />Consultant's proposal dated January 30, 1995, which proposal is <br />marked Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br />2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. Agency shall <br />compensate Consultant for all services performed by Consultant <br />hereunder in an amount based upon Consultant's proposal for the <br />.- . 11 .
