<br /> LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> During the recently concluded negotiations between the City of Redwood City and the Redwood <br /> City Management Employees Association (RCMEA), the following understanding was achieved: <br /> Equity Adjustments: <br /> Within ninety (90) days of adoption of this M.O.D., the parties will have met and conferred <br /> regarding external market adjustments, if any, for the following classifications represented by <br /> R.C.M.E.A.: <br /> Assistant to the City Manager <br /> Human Resources Technician <br /> Plan Check Engineer <br /> Senior Civil Engineer <br /> Human Resources Analyst <br /> Parks, Recreation & Community Services Manager <br /> Library Services Supervisor <br /> Salary ranges for these classifications shall be adjusted effective with the first full <br /> pay period beginning on or after October 1, 1998. Employees within these <br /> classifications shall receive the equity adjustment if their department head <br /> recommends the adjustment based on the employees job performance, or if their <br /> current salary falls below the bottom of the new range. <br /> Effective October 1, 1998, Department Heads will have the discretion to <br /> determine how salary range adjustments will be applied to individuals during the <br /> term of the MOD based on individual performance evaluations. <br /> The appropriate Department Head will review the following recently adjusted <br /> classifications to determine if the individuals involved will have their salary range <br /> adjusted further: Public Works Supervisor, Community Development Supervisor, <br /> Information Technology Analyst I, II and Senior Information Technology <br /> Analyst. In the event that further adjustments are indicated for the above named <br /> classifications, such adjustments will be effective October 1, 1998. <br /> Reclassifications: <br /> Following the adoption of this M.O.D., the parties will meet and confer regarding <br /> reclassifications, if any, for the following classifications represented by R.C.M.E.A.: <br /> IT Analyst II - Police Department <br /> Administrative Secretary <br /> 38 <br /> ., ,..
