<br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> for <br /> HOUSING REVITALIZATION PROGRAM <br />(NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE CENTER) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this / Of~ day of <br />OcJ't> ~J , 1996, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and NORTH <br />PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE CENTER, a California non-profit <br />corporation ("Contractor"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Contractor conducts a housing revitalization program for <br />residents of the City (the "Program"); and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br />conduct the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July <br />1, 1996, and ending June 30, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to <br />Contractor the sum of Twenty-one Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-three Dollars <br />($21,683.00) from its Community Development Block Grant funds for the <br />Program; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. Financial Assistance. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of <br />Twenty-one Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-three Dollars ($21,683.00) for <br />exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1996, and <br />ending June 30, 1997, solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br />
