LOBBYING PROHIBITING. Funds provided under this <br /> agreement shall not be used by Contractor for publicity or <br /> propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation <br /> pending before federal, state, or local government. <br /> 18. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. There shall be no <br /> religious worship, instruction or proselytizing as part of, or in <br /> connection with the performance of this agreement. <br /> 19. UNIFORÞl ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor shall <br /> comply with the requirements and standards of the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost <br /> Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 <br /> attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state <br /> and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> 20. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is <br /> prohibited. In the event lead-based paint is found on <br /> residential property, appropriate abatement procedures may be <br /> required by City. <br /> 21. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
