<br /> FXS:rg 116/95 (002/71) <br />Contractor shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a <br />provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> 17. LOBBYING PROHIBITING. Funds provided under this <br />agreement shall not be used by Contractor for publicity or <br />propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation <br />pending before federal, state, or local government. <br /> 18. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. There shall be no <br />religious worship, instruction or proselytizing as part of, or in <br />connection with the performance of this agreement. <br /> 19. UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor shall <br />comply with the requirements and standards of the Community <br />Development Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost <br />Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, ONB Circular A-I10 <br />attachments A, B, C, F H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state <br /> , <br />and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> 20. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is <br />prohibited. In the event lead-based paint lS found on <br />residential property, appropriate abatement procedures l'J.él~r he <br />required by City. <br /> 21. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
