<br />exercises any function or responsibility with respect to this agreement or Contractor's <br /> <br /> <br />Program during his or her tenure, or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or <br /> <br /> <br />indirect, in this contract or a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor shall <br />incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br />16. LOBBYING PROHIBITING. Funds provided under this agreement shall not be used by <br />Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation <br />pending before federal, state, or local government. <br />17. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. There shall be no religious worship, <br /> <br /> <br />instruction or proselytizing as apart of, or in connection with the performance of this <br /> <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />18. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
