Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is the construction of two emergency bypass connections on the Topaz Transmission Pipeline; six emergency bypass connections in the local water system in the Redwood Shores area comprising of two fire hydrants and one in-line valve at Twin Dolphin Drive; two in-line valves and one fire hydrant at Marine Parkway; and other associated work.
