EXHIBIT A <br />PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK, DELIVERABLES, DEADLINE_ <br />AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />Description <br />Closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection, and cleaning for that purpose, of selected pipelines <br />in Redwood Shores' sanitary sewer basins. <br />SCOPE OF WORK: <br />The scope of work described herein is the minimum necessary to meet the City's objectives. The <br />CONTRACTOR is expected to expand on the scope by incorporating their expertise and <br />proposed method of approach. <br />The scope of work for the project shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, and <br />equipment necessary to clean the sewer pipelines, inspect manholes and provide a closed- circuit <br />television inspection in digital format of the sewer pipelines listed above.
