EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES CONSOLIDATED PLAN DEVELOPMENT: TASK DESCRIPTIONS Consistent with federal requirements, Consulant will assist in the preparation of the City of Redwood City's new Consolidated Plan by providing the following: Task 1: Prepare for, attend, and facilitate two public meetings. This task includes pre -presentation assistance with PowerPoints or other presentation material. It also includes assistance with post presentation follow-up, such as preparation of minutes/notes. Task 2: Prepare for and attend required consultations with required agencies. Data collection, research and needs assessment would be included for these agencies in this task. Task 3: Maintain availability and participate in any post -submission follow up with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, in order to answer questions, make modifications, or otherwise assist the City in revising the Plan. CONSOLIDATED PLAN: PROJECT BUDGET Based on the scope outlined above, the following outlines the key steps and cost to assist in completing this Consolidated Plan. Item Cost Hours Data Development and Consultations $6,270.45 Public Participation $2,340.18 Follow Up Availability $780.06 Ancillary Expenses (includes mileage) $450 TOTALS $9,840.69 This is an up -to agreement, with the total cost not to exceed $9,840. The hourly rate is $150 per hour, with expenses not to exceed approximately 2%. Expenses include, but are not limited to: copying/printing, mileage, and similar expenses. Travel time is billed at $90 per hour.
