Financial Services Manager Somers explained there had been one appeal filed and the <br /> appraiser agreed with the appeal. <br /> <br /> M/A Ira/Claire to accept the revised appraised values for the single property for which an <br /> appeal was filed and for four properties for which an appraisal error has been identified by <br /> staff. In the case of the property for which an appeal was filed, the City and the property <br /> owner have agreed to a reduced value. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />5.
