Fourteen-thousand nutritious meals for 350 unduplicated elders. <br />2. Eight-thousand transportation trips for 125 elders. <br />3. 100 unduplicated elders will receive a combination of: <br /> a. Information & Referral 200 Units <br /> b. Outreach 100 units <br /> c. Evaluation/FU 50 units <br />4. Seven-hundred and fifty unduplicated elders will receive a <br /> monthly bilingual newsletter. <br />5. Three-hundred and fifty elders will receive 8,000 units of group <br /> education recreation and social activities. <br />6. One-hundred, twenty-five elders will receive 6,000 bags of food. <br /> (brown bag program). <br />7. One-hundred elders will receive health screenings for a total of <br /> 300 units. <br /> - <br />
