That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood Cìty and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Jefferson Estates", (form dated 11/07/96) , a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> 4.
